Baby James had three (routine) doctor appointments last week. He is doing so well! Weighing more than three times his birth weight he is 9 lbs 11 ounces! His pediatrician was impressed. We finally received a green light to let him go longer than 4 hours before waking him to eat. (I think we've all earned it!)
He received his 2 month immunizations and although screamed louder than I have heard him yet with a purple little face to match and it was over as fast as it started. He was extra sleepy for a few days but never spiked a fever.
He also had an exam by a pediatric orthopaedic for his minor torticollis (tight muscles on one side of his neck that encourages him to favor looking to one side.) We will see a physical therapist next.
Lastly he had a routine ultrasound on his hips which is standard for breach babies. Everything looks great!
His health is a blessing everyday.
