Home Sweet Home!

Praise! We brought our sweet baby home from the NICU today!
Last night we had a "room in" at the hospital. We all stayed as a family in a room just off the NICU for a trial run with James off all of his monitors. The nurses were right on hand in the event we needed them or had questions.
We all did well. James did well with all of his bottles and slept great between feedings. Although we didn't get as much sleep (we didn't expect to) but we got more comfortable as the night went on.
It is so wonderful to be enjoying time together at home.
We are so grateful for all of the amazing nurses that took great care of him (and us).
Thanks to each of you for your prayers and well wishes.
We pray James continues on this path to good health and more weight gain. Happy Easter Blessings!

    1. Thank you Bakers! He's spoiled already and received his very own Easter Basket with eggs already in it from the NICU nurses.;)

  3. We were so thrilled to hear at dinner today that James is at home with Mommy and Daddy! I hadn't had a chance to check the blog for a couple of days, and apparently a lot can change in 48 hours! We will continue to pray for you all and will be watching as he gets stronger and grows bigger. Happy Easter blessings to you all!
